Overall great stay, we really enjoyed it overall.

The unobstructed view of the ocean, direct access and distance between neighboring businesses unexpectedly raise the value of the hotel. Friendly service and clean as well.

The hotel was extremely nice. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, and the room service even folded my clothes that I had left on the bed when they made it. I could see the ocean from my room, and while other comments read that the street can't be crossed, I found it to be a brisk 2-minutes (and there was a crosswalk too). The beach was clean and nice, and it was family-friendly, but it was also nice for me and my partner as a romantic weekend getaway. There are tons of nice restaurants nearby (had two meals a day not including the hotel breakfast - very nice for continental free - with biscuits, gravy, and make-them-yourself waffles!]. We went during what happened to be spring break, but there were no problems or drunk teens (although if that's what you want - Panama City Beach is only half an hour away). All in all it was a great stay!

The hotel was kept in very good shape. My room was really clean, and the appliances (coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave) looked new and worked. It was an overall good experience. The location is close to public beaches, but my group drove a couple miles down the road to lay at a private beach with some friends. I wished that maybe it had been a little closer to all the other hotels, but that's my only negative thing to say about it. ...read more
